John MunnJohn Munn – Managing Director

John joined the Company as a contracts manager some 25 years ago, managing commercial contracts throughout the South Wales and South West sector of the UK. Progressing his career with the Company John headed up the BT Payphones operations prior to his appointment as Deputy Managing Director in the mid 1990’s. Following a decision by the parent company Hampsons in 1998 John successful lead a management buyout of the business and became owner and Managing Director in 1998.
Critical to the success of the Company is John’s dynamic approach to business and his enthusiastic approach which has a highly motivating effect on the whole team.


Ray TunischRay Tunsich – Operations Director

Joining the Company initially in 1995 and then returning in 2003 Ray has brought a steady hand to the operations of the business, backed by over 30 years of experience in the commercial cleaning and manufacturing sector Ray plays critical part in the continuing development of the business. Following his return to the Company in 2004 Ray became a shareholder of the Company.


Robert LevesqueRobert Levesque – Financial Director

Rob joined the business in the mid 1990’s and was part of the management buyout with John Munn; Robert came to the business from Deliot & Touché and has brought new and innovative IT solutions to the Company. Rob has had a critical role in moving the Company’s management information systems forward along with his key role of Financial Director, he plays a key part in the team and has been instrumental in developing the businesses handheld computer systems for work capture and audit traceability.


Chris Peake – General Manager

Chris joined the Company in early 2004; having served as an Engineering Director with First Group he has brought new skills to the business and has been a driving force in the development of the ‘Make Ready’ scheme for London Ambulance Service. Chris has played a critical role in moving the business into the transport-cleaning sector and is now in charge of all contracts within the London and South East area of the UK.


Martyn Johnson – Group Support Services Manager

Martyn is a key member of the team who brings professional expertise to the business in the HR and Safety sectors of the business. Developing new safety systems and a training programme for ‘Make Ready’ he has continued to provide invaluable support to the operations of the business. With responsibility for HR, Safety, Quality, Environmental, Training and project support Martyn has become a highly valued member of the team.


Roland ConnRoland Conn – Senior Contracts Manager

Joining the Company in 2004 Roland has brought a high degree of professionalism to the running of the contracts within the business. Having progressed to the position of Engineering Director for First Group Roland has brought new skills to the business, working as the Senior Contract Manager looking after the London and the South East area he has been a critical member of the team in rolling out the ‘Make Ready’ scheme in London.


Graham LaytonGraham Layton – Projects Manager

A valued member of the team, coming to the Company from British Telecom Graham brought highly important skills to the business. Playing a critical role in the management of the payphones contract in conjunction with providing valuable work on new project start-ups. Following the cessation of the contract with BT Graham has moved to a new role managing the contracts at Goodrich Aerospace and the Royal Air Force Museums, still providing critical project support Graham is key member of the team.


Patrick Curle – Support Services Manager

Having joined the business as an operative at the DuPont site in Pontypool Patrick has continued to grow within the business, firstly by becoming a team leader and then progressing to contracts manager. However Patrick has now moved into a new role more suited to his personal aims, having put himself through NEBOSH Certificate and now undertaking a degree course in Human Resource management he is now a valued member of the Support Services Department.


Administration Team

The admin team is headed up by Jan Tunsich, supported by Sue Theodore in accounts and Paul Elias in payroll. The team provides a valuable service to the business. Technology has removed the need for large admin teams, the Company’s system allow individual managers remote working via wireless internet access, new and innovative systems have made the admin functions of the business streamlined and highly efficient thus improving the focus on the clients services.
