The team at Lightbridge Support Services is highly committed to the provision of a high quality customer focused service. It is a key objective for every member of the team that simple and effective client driven services, delivered right first time and on time is critical in maintaining a positive client relationship.

To back up the operational teams in the field the Customer Services Team, based in Cardiff, Bromsgrove and Hayes (London) are a key part of supporting the client and operational requirements of the business.

In addition to this a dedicated Group Support Services department (GSS) based in Cardiff provides professional support covering HR, Safety, Environmental and Quality Standards assistance. The group support services department spend at least 70% of their time assisting the operational teams in the delivery of high quality client focused services.
